1. Who we are
StudySes is provided by Blueberry Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata, India ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
2. The app
StudySes is a language-learning and speaking-practice app. Conversations with the AI partner are generated automatically; they are practice material, not professional advice, and may contain mistakes. Lessons, role-plays and IELTS practice are study aids.
3. IELTS
StudySes is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the IELTS test owners. No score, feedback or estimate shown in the app is an official IELTS result, and using the app does not guarantee any exam outcome.
4. Purchases
StudySes is free to download, with optional in-app purchases. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the App Store or Google Play under their terms; prices, renewal and cancellation are managed there, and refunds follow the store's policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app or website to break the law, to abuse the AI partner to generate harmful content, to reverse-engineer the app, or to interfere with the service. Accounts and purchases are personal and non-transferable.
6. Intellectual property
The app, the website, the StudySes name, logo and content are ours or our licensors'. Your own recordings and answers remain yours.
7. Warranties and liability
The app and website are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kolkata having jurisdiction, unless your local law provides otherwise.
